Technical information on our personalized cancer vaccine, NK cell and organoid technologies, and how to refer a patient.
Personalized cancer vaccine
Every tumor carries its own set of mutations. A personalized vaccine is designed from these neoantigens, with the aim of helping the immune system recognize tumor-specific targets.
- Tumor and blood sequencing to find mutations unique to the patient
- AI ranking of neoantigens most likely to trigger an immune response
- Vaccine design, with production only by appropriately licensed manufacturers
- Immune monitoring to follow how the body responds
NK cell technology
Natural killer cells are immune cells that can recognize abnormal cells without prior sensitization. NK cell products are prepared and tested under controlled laboratory conditions.
- Cell collection and expansion under controlled laboratory conditions
- Release testing before use, in line with applicable requirements
- Activity tested against the patient’s own tumor organoids
- Can be planned alongside a personalized vaccine and standard care
Organoid-guided testing
Patient-derived organoids are miniature tumors grown from a small sample. They let us compare options in the laboratory before a plan is finalized.
- Grown from biopsy or surgical tissue, with the patient’s consent
- Tests vaccine-primed immune cells, NK cells and drug sensitivity
- AI image analysis measures how organoids respond
- A clear report for the patient’s medical team
How to refer a patient.
- 01
Refer
The treating doctor refers the patient, with the patient’s consent, and shares the relevant clinical information.
- 02
Profile
With consent, a tumor and blood sample is analyzed genomically and grown as organoids.
- 03
Report
AI-assisted analysis, reviewed by our scientists, is summarized in a report for the doctor.
- 04
Doctor’s decision
The treating doctor decides whether and how to proceed. Any treatment is given by a registered doctor under applicable Hong Kong regulations.
To refer a patient, use the contact form and choose “Doctor referring a patient”. We share suitability, timelines, costs and the regulatory status of each product with the referring doctor. Treatment is given only after a medical assessment by a registered doctor.
Let’s talk about precision cell science.
Doctors can refer a patient, and hospitals, laboratories and investors can explore a partnership. Patients are welcome to contact us; any medical decision is made with your own doctor.
