Who we are
This website is operated by Hong Kong Relife Biological Technology Ltd. (“Relife”, “we”), Room 619, 6/F, Fortune Commercial Building, 362 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, N.T., Hong Kong.
Personal data we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose, phone number, organization, preferred language and the message you write. The form opens your own email app, so your message is sent by your email provider. This site does not set advertising cookies or use analytics trackers.
Purposes of use
We use your personal data to respond to your inquiry, to arrange a consultation if you ask for one, and, with your consent, to coordinate with your doctor. Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply.
Health information
Please do not send medical records through this website or in a first email. If you go ahead, we will ask for your express consent before collecting health information, and arrange a secure way to share it.
Who may receive your data
Our staff who handle inquiries; our IT and email service providers; and, only with your consent, your doctor and the registered doctors, laboratories and healthcare partners involved in your consultation. Some of these may be outside Hong Kong, including in Mainland China. We do not sell personal data.
Direct marketing
We will not use your personal data for direct marketing unless you give separate consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access, loss or use.
Access and correction
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you. Write to our Data Protection Officer at info@relife-biotech.hk. We may charge a reasonable fee for a data access request.
