Common questions.
Is a personalized solution suitable for me?
Suitability depends on the type and stage of cancer, previous treatment and overall health. It is decided by a medical assessment with a registered doctor.
Does it replace my current treatment?
No. These solutions are not a substitute for standard treatment. Any decision is made with your oncologist.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No. You can contact us directly, and with your permission we coordinate with your doctor. Any treatment requires a registered doctor’s assessment.
How long does it take to prepare a plan?
Timelines depend on the solution and the samples available. We share them with the referring doctor.
Where is treatment provided?
Any treatment is given by registered doctors in licensed healthcare facilities. The location is confirmed after a medical assessment.
What is the regulatory status of these products?
In Hong Kong, cell therapies and personalized vaccines are regulated as pharmaceutical products, including advanced therapy products. Whether a product can be used for you depends on its registration or other approval status, which your doctor will explain.
What should I include in my first message?
Just your contact details and a short description. Please do not attach medical records. Our patient services team will arrange a secure way to share them.
